1 Go to the registration page

Navigate to console.soundminds.ai/register to begin the signup process.

Alternatively, you can click the "Sign up" button from the SoundMinds.ai homepage.

2 Enter your business information

The registration page collects business information first. Fill in the following required fields:

  • Company Name: Your business or organization name
  • Business Type: Select from the dropdown:
    • Startup
    • Small Business
    • Enterprise
    • Agency
    • Other

Tip: Use your official business name - this will appear in your chatbot dashboard and can be changed later.

3 Accept the terms of service

Before proceeding, you must accept the terms of service:

  • Check the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Links to both documents are provided for review
  • You cannot proceed without accepting the terms

4 Choose your signup method

Two signup options are available:

Option A: Sign up with Google (recommended)

  1. Click "Sign up with Google"
  2. You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page
  3. Select or enter your Google account
  4. Grant SoundMinds.ai permission to access your basic profile info
  5. You'll be redirected back to complete setup

Option B: Sign up with Email

Click "Or sign up with email" to expand the email signup form and continue to Step 5.

Tip: Google signup is faster and doesn't require a separate password. You'll still need to set up two-factor authentication.

5 Complete email signup (if using email)

If you chose to sign up with email, fill in the email signup form:

Personal Information:

  • First Name: Your first name
  • Last Name: Your last name
  • Email Address: Your business email address (verification will be sent here)

Security:

  • Password: Create a strong password with the following requirements:
    • Minimum 8 characters
    • Must include uppercase letter
    • Must include lowercase letter
    • Must include number
    • Must include special character (!@#$%^&*)
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password

Click "Create Account" to submit the registration form.

Important: Use a business email you have access to. A verification link will be sent to this address and you cannot log in until verified.

6 Verify your email

After submitting the registration form, follow these steps to verify your email:

  1. You'll see a "Check Your Email" screen showing:
    • The email address where verification was sent
    • Instructions to click the verification link
  2. Check your email inbox for the verification email from SoundMinds.ai
  3. Click the verification link in the email
  4. If you don't see the email:
    • Check your spam/junk folder
    • Click "Resend verification" on the registration confirmation page
    • Wait a few minutes for delivery

Important: You cannot log in until you verify your email address. Attempting to log in before verification will show an error.

7 Set up two-factor authentication (2FA)

After email verification, you'll be prompted to set up 2FA:

  1. Download an authenticator app if you don't have one:
    • Google Authenticator
    • Authy
    • Microsoft Authenticator
  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from your app
  4. Save your backup codes in a secure location

Tip: Two-factor authentication is required for all SoundMinds.ai accounts to protect your customer data and chatbot configurations.

8 What's next

After completing registration, you're ready to start building your chatbot:

  • You'll be redirected to your dashboard
