How SoundMinds works
You add your Q&A content
- Create or import Q&A pairs from your FAQs, docs, and past support emails
- Group and tag them by topic (billing, orders, policies, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Customize the chat widget's colors, avatar, and header so it matches your website
We semantically match each question
- When a visitor asks something, we use semantic search (embeddings) to find the closest matching Q&A
- If the match is strong enough, we serve the exact answer you wrote—no improvisation, no hallucinations
Optional LLM polish and safe fallback
- You choose when to let the LLM rephrase answers in your tone and brand voice
- If we aren't confident in a match, we can:
- Show a safe fallback message
- Ask a clarifying question
- Or route the conversation to your team instead of guessing
You stay in control with per-chatbot similarity thresholds, escalation rules, and LLM usage settings.
