What Grok Bot's Order Concierge and Deal Watcher templates do, as the v0.77.0 changelog states it, plus what people on X say about them.

I checked the Grok Bot changelog for v0.77.0, and it says, "Order Concierge and Deal Watcher templates track your orders, refunds, and returns, and watch prices and coupons, never buying without your OK." That is the only line about these two templates that I found in the changelog. It names two templates and two jobs, and it says they never buy without your OK.
The line doesn't say which template does which job, where the templates are listed, or how to start one. People on X have posted their own descriptions, and I quote three of them below, along with where each goes past the changelog. I haven't tried either template myself, and we haven't verified what any post says.
Step 1: Ask your Bot to find the template. The Grok Bot changelog for v0.70.2 added this: "Bots can find a Bot template that fits what you describe and link it in the chat." I haven't tried this with Order Concierge or Deal Watcher, so I can't say your Bot will find them by name. The changelog doesn't say where the templates are listed.
Step 2: If your Bot links a template, check it before you add it. Our page What does a Grok Bot template bring over, and what should I check if I look at one? covers what I'd look at.
Step 3: Say the approval rule in your own words. The changelog line ends with "never buying without your OK." Thomas Jones's post suggests ending a request with "Never buy anything without asking me first." We haven't tested whether adding that changes anything.
Step 4: Read each approval before you say yes. You "still approve every purchase," but that line in the changelog is about the Vault's Payments tab, not about these templates, and I haven't seen what an approval from either template looks like.

The first line gives two jobs, tracking your orders, refunds and returns, and watching prices and coupons, and it names two templates. It doesn't say which template does which job. Thomas Jones's post below pairs them, so we take the pairing from his post, not from the changelog.
The changelog says the templates "track" refunds. It doesn't say they get you a refund, and the line under Improved says the Bot "doesn't promise refunds" when you ask what happens if an order goes wrong.
A later release has its own line about tracking an order. Our page How does shopping work in Grok Bot? quotes it: "After you place an order, the Bot tracks it and tells you when it ships or arrives, and shipment cards show the carrier and stage." That line doesn't mention these two templates, so I can't say how the two relate. None of the three says the poster has used a template, and we haven't verified any of these claims ourselves. Thomas Jones's two lines match the changelog line: watching prices and coupons, tracking orders, refunds and returns, and not buying without your OK. His pairing of each template with its job is his own, because the changelog doesn't pair them. @AI_Revolution says the template "lets you know when the refund lands". The changelog says "track" and nothing about telling you when a refund lands.
The Jesse | D2 + Apex post goes furthest past the changelog. It says Order Concierge works from your order and shipping emails and drafts missing-package claims and returns, that Deal Watcher clips coupons and checks recent buys for a price adjustment, that both are "official templates", and that you connect the email account that gets your order confirmations. The changelog says none of that, so we're treating it as the poster's own words, not as something the changelog promises. The post also says "neither one buys anything without your ok", which matches the changelog's "never buying without your OK."

Asked what happens if an order goes wrong, the Bot cites only protections it has read and doesn't promise refunds.

DEAL WATCHER: watches the products and stores you name for price drops, clips matching coupons, and checks recent buys for a price adjustment.
Both are official templates. Connect the email account that gets your order confirmations so they have something to read.
