On Premium, Super, or Ultra, yes. xAI's docs say those plans come with "full X Premium+ benefits." [1] Per X Help (archived copy of October 10, 2026), longer posts of "up to 25,000 characters" are a feature of every X Premium tier, and Premium+ "Includes all Premium features" and lists "Radar Search, and Articles." [2] xAI's docs don't name long posts or Articles themselves, so our yes comes from reading those two pages together.
On Plus, we don't know. The docs describe Plus as "a checkmark, creator tools, and fewer ads on X," [1] and they don't say whether that includes long posts or Articles.
Either way, the benefits only start once you connect your X account. The docs say your X benefits "apply once you connect a personal X account." [1]
1. If you want to be sure you keep long posts and Articles, choose Premium, Super, or Ultra. The docs say: "If you have X Premium+ today, choose Premium or higher to keep your X Premium+ benefits." [1] 2. Connect your personal X account when you switch. X accounts managed by an organization, including affiliate accounts, can't be connected: "Only personal X accounts can be connected." [1] 3. Give your X benefits a little time to show up after you switch. The docs say: "Your X benefits appear after you switch. Linking your X account can take a little time." [1]
If you switched without connecting X, or your X benefits are still missing after you connected it, contact xAI Support. The docs say: "Contact Support if you unified without connecting X, or if your X benefits are missing after you connected X during the switch." [1]
