Here's what's new on the Outreach page: Compact and comfortable views — A density toggle at the top of the drafts list lets you swap between a compact table (best when you're triaging) and the fuller card layout (best when you're reading messages). Your choice sticks per workspace. A first-run checklist on empty workspaces — When there's nothing to show yet, the Outreach page now walks you through the first steps — pick keywords, run discovery, review drafts — instead of leaving you looking at an empty tab wondering what to do next. Bulk-approve or bulk-reject from the review list — Select several drafts and act on them together. A compact toolbar appears at the top of the list with the selection count and the bulk actions available for the drafts you picked. Live run progress that actually tells you what's happening — While a discovery run is in flight, you now see phase-aware progress — "Step 1 of 2 — scanning hashtags · 2/3 searches done" and how long it's been running — instead of a generic "in progress" pill. Rows for creators that are queued for the next stage show a small "queued" badge with the expected wait, so you know the run is progressing even when the top-line counts haven't moved yet. A readiness strip when it's time to review — When a run finishes, a small strip surfaces the next best action — usually "review your drafts" — so the handoff between discovery and review is a click, not a hunt.
