We tightened who can change the things that affect your whole workspace. Managing your subscription is now limited to workspace owners, and editing workspace settings is limited to owners and admins. Members keep full access to every product feature and can still view your plan and usage — this only changes who can edit billing and configuration. Here's what each role can do now: Only owners manage billing — Changing your plan, opening the billing portal, starting a trial, or adjusting your overage cap is now limited to workspace owners. Admins and members can still see your plan, usage, and invoices. Owners and admins edit workspace settings — Your sender email, scoring vertical, and company details can now only be edited by owners and admins. Members see these in a clearly-marked read-only view. Product features are unchanged for everyone — Discovery, scoring, drafting, and sending work exactly as before for every role — this only affects billing and workspace configuration.
