When a creator's engagement signal is too thin to trust, Stela used to admit them anyway and let downstream filters sort it out. There's a new opt-in toggle per platform — when on, we drop those creators at the eligibility step instead. We added a new per-platform Audience Filter setting on the Setup tab: Strict engagement floor (off by default) — Open Setup → YouTube / TikTok / Instagram → Audience filters. Below the engagement-rate threshold, you'll find a new "Strict engagement floor" checkbox. When off (the default), creators whose engagement we couldn't confidently measure still pass through if their fit score is high. When on, we drop them at the eligibility step — saving your scoring and drafting budget for creators we can verify. Per-platform — turn it on where you need it — You can enable strict mode on YouTube and leave it off on TikTok and Instagram, or any combination. Each platform has its own toggle. Your campaign settings inherit the workspace-level admin default but you can override per platform per campaign. Why this matters — If you've ever seen a draft with a confusingly low engagement number — say, an Instagram creator at 0.04% engagement when the platform benchmark is 0.2% — strict mode is the lever to keep those out of your drafts queue. We surfaced this exact case while investigating draft quality and built the toggle for it.
