Invites now show the right acceptance flow for every person — new user, existing password account, Google-only account, or already signed in — and surface the workspace name and role up front so invitees know exactly what they're joining. When someone clicks an invite link from you, the page now adapts to their account state instead of showing a one-size-fits-all password form: Workspace + role, front and center — Invite links now clearly show the workspace name and the role the invitee is being invited into, so there's no confusion about what they're accepting. The right sign-in option for every invitee — No account yet? They see Continue with Google plus a Sign up with email option. Existing password account? Email pre-filled, just enter their password. Google-only account? Only the Google button — no password form to confuse them. Already signed in as the right person? One-click Accept. Google sign-in remembers the invite — If an invitee clicks Continue with Google, they're now returned directly back to their invite after authenticating — instead of landing on the generic workspace picker and losing context. Wrong-account detection — If someone clicks an invite while signed in as a different email, Stela now shows You're signed in as X but this invite is for Y, with a one-click Sign out and continue button — no more cryptic error. Clear messages for every edge case — Invalid or expired invite, too many acceptance attempts, network failure — each gets its own clear message and the right recovery action instead of a generic error page.
