The trouble is that the good answers stay buried in the chat where they happened. Grok Bot Super Memory changes that. As you work, your decisions, research, and results get filed on their own into a private knowledge base that you own, and you never have to say “file this.” Later, when you ask about it, your Grok Bot can look it up in your knowledge base, and you can open the page in Obsidian and read it yourself.
You talk to your Grok Bot the way you would talk in any chat app. When something in your work is worth keeping, such as a decision you made, research you did, or a result you got, it gets noticed. Then a second bot, your filer, writes it into your knowledge base as a note. Every filing is checked and then added to your knowledge base. If something would change how your knowledge base is organized, it waits for you to decide. Later, when you ask a question, your Grok Bot can look in your knowledge base, and you can open the page in Obsidian and read it yourself. You bring a Grok Bot account and a GitHub account. I set up Super Memory on those accounts, and you own them. You chat with your Grok Bot as usual, and a second bot, your filer, saves each note into a private GitHub repository that you own. You read your knowledge base in Obsidian on your laptop, and it refreshes itself when you open it and every few minutes while it is open, so you never have to do anything to get the latest notes. Your notes stay in accounts you own. I do not provide those accounts, I do not stay on your repository after setup, and I do not keep a standing login. If a chat gets long or your laptop is replaced, your notes are still in your private repository, and you can open them again in Obsidian.
Session 1 is a Zoom call where I set up Super Memory on your accounts with you. You bring a Grok Bot account you can sign into, a GitHub account that can make a private repository you own, a computer, and Zoom. You do not need a Grok Bot account before the fit call. I start you with an organized knowledge base, with clear folders for the kinds of notes that matter and a home note in Obsidian that lists what is in it. Before we finish, we prove that it works on your own material: real items get filed, you watch them show up in Obsidian, and you ask your Grok Bot about them. Every paying client can also have a Session 2 if they want one. We go over anything that did not work, and you tell me honestly what you think. With your permission, I may share a few of your comments publicly, with names taken off. Session 2 is for feedback. It is not an ongoing care plan.
The fit call is free. It is 20 minutes, and it is how we find out whether Super Memory is right for you. If we are a fit and you want to go ahead, $100 holds your Session 1. The rest is due when Session 1 is done. My first two clients pay $250 total, which is $100 up front and $150 when Session 1 is done. They are my founding clients, and in return they give me honest feedback in Session 2 and in writing. From client 3 on, Super Memory is $500 total, which is $100 up front and $400 when Session 1 is done. That price holds through the end of 2026. Once your Super Memory is running, you can keep going on your own. If you would like ongoing help, monthly maintenance is $150 a month, and it includes one meeting of thirty to forty-five minutes each month. If you were a client before and you are not on maintenance, you can come back any time for $400, with no $100 hold in front of that.
Common questions: Do I have to tell it to file things? No. Your Grok Bot notices decisions, research, and results and files them on its own. You never need to say “file this.” You can say it if you want to make sure something gets filed right away, but that is only an optional override. Will it find answers from my old chats? No, and I want to be clear about that. Super Memory finds what gets filed after setup. It does not go back through the chats you had before. Where does my information go? It stays in your accounts. You chat on your Grok Bot, the notes are filed to a private GitHub repository you own, and you read them in Obsidian on your laptop. I do not keep a standing login, and I do not stay on your repository after setup. How do I know what got filed is right? Every filing is checked and then added to your knowledge base. If something would change how your knowledge base is organized, it waits for you to decide. You can also open any page in Obsidian and read it yourself. When I ask a question later, how do I know where the answer came from? Everything that gets filed is a page in your own knowledge base, so you can open it in Obsidian and read exactly what was written down. Do I have to keep Obsidian up to date myself? No. When you open Obsidian, it pulls the latest for you, and it keeps refreshing while it is open. You never have to run anything by hand. Do I need to be technical? No. If you can use a chat app and open a folder on your laptop, you can use Super Memory. I do the setup with you in Session 1. How is this different from just chatting with my AI? A chat keeps everything in the order it happened, and it doesn’t know which parts mattered.
