You don't need an archive. Grok Bot lets you hide a Bot from the sidebar and bring it back later. I checked the Grok Bot docs, and they say, "Hide from sidebar removes a Bot from the main list without deleting its work." Hidden Bots wait in a section at the bottom of the sidebar until you want them again.
Choose Hide from sidebar for the Bot you want to put away. If you've selected more than one Bot, it hides every one you selected.
Hiding only takes the Bot out of your main list. Its work isn't deleted, and hiding doesn't pause the Bot or its routines. So a hidden Bot keeps running its routines in the background. If you want a Bot to stop, hiding isn't the way to do it.
Deleting is different. It removes the Bot's active profile, conversation, and routines from Grok Bot, so if you may need the work later, hide the Bot instead.
On a team, members can't hide a Team Bot that an admin added for the team or their group.
