A Grok Bot can own up to 50 routines. You can see a Bot's routines in its details on desktop or in its profile on your phone, and pause or delete them.

The Skills and routines page in SpaceXSI's Grok Bot docs has this line: "A Bot can own up to 50 routines, and the app keeps the 20 most recent run records for each routine."
So the number to remember is 50 for each Bot. You can see a Bot's routines in its details on desktop or in its profile on your phone. You can pause any routine with a switch on desktop or by turning off Active on your phone, and you can delete the ones you no longer need. Deleting can't be undone.
SpaceXSI's Grok Bot docs: Skills and routines
Step 1: Open the Bot you want to check. On desktop, click the Bot's name at the top of the chat to open its details, then open the Details tab. Your routines are listed there, and each row shows the routine's name and when it runs, or Paused. On your phone, open the Bot's profile and find Routines.
Step 2: Count the rows for that Bot. Then do the same for each of your other Bots, because the limit of 50 is for each Bot.
Step 3: To pause a routine on desktop, use the switch on its row, and use the same switch to resume it later. You can also open the routine and choose Pause, or right-click it and choose Pause. On your phone, tap the routine and turn off Active.
Step 4: To delete a routine on desktop, open it and choose Delete routine, the trash icon, and then confirm. You can also right-click the routine and choose Delete. On your phone, swipe the routine's row. Deleting a routine stops its future runs and can't be undone.
Step 5: To change a routine, open it on desktop and choose Edit. That starts a message to your Bot with the routine's name in it. Add what should change, and send it.
That second number is about history for each routine, not about how many routines a Bot can own. On your phone, a routine's Run history shows each recent run as Running, Succeeded, or Failed, and a failed run shows its reason.
The routine hourly limits are a separate thing. Your routines together can run up to 300 times an hour, and each routine can run up to 200 times an hour. A run past either limit fails with "Automation run rate limit exceeded." The same section has this line: "Some runs can also fail with this error because of a limit all Grok Bot routines share, even when your own routines run less than that. This is a known issue that is being fixed." I wrote up that error on its own page: What does Automation run rate limit exceeded mean?
Hiding a Bot is separate from pausing its routines. Hide from sidebar removes a Bot from the main list without deleting its work or pausing its routines, so pause the routines first if you want them to stop. I wrote up how to clean up Bots you aren't using here: How do I find and clean up Grok Bots I'm not using anymore?
A routine tells one Bot when to run a workflow, and one way to create one is to ask the Bot that should own the recurring job. So if a different Bot should own a job, ask that Bot to set up the routine.
Private skills are one library shared by all your Bots, so a skill you saved is available to the other Bot too. Here is the exact step if the other Bot can't find a private skill: "If the Bot can't find a private skill, open Connect apps in the sidebar, select the connected count next to the title, and enable it for the current Bot under Private skills." That Bot may also need the relevant app or login to use the skill.
On iPhone, there is also Duplicate. It copies a whole Bot, and the copy carries the profile, settings, enabled skills, routines, and avatar, but not conversation history, learned memory, or attachments. Duplicate makes a copy, so the original Bot keeps its routines. I didn't find anything in the Grok Bot docs about moving a single routine from one Bot to another.
To control unattended usage, Grok Bot may ask whether to keep routines running after a long period away, and it can pause them if there is no response. Review paused routines when you return.
